ShadiBIYA.com reserves the right to terminate your membership without giving you any notice and reserves the right to ban you from using the website further. Registration Fee
ShadiBIYA.com offers promotional FREE Registration for a limited time only. ShadiBIYA.com has the right to stop Free Registration at any time without any notice. During the promotional period members can upgrade their profiles to Premium Membership by paying Rs 5000 (or $50 for International Members), which will be valid for 1 year. Premium members can view up to 20 contacts maximum.
Why Registration Fee?
To maintain the authenticity of the proposals, our team and ShadiBIYA.com will collect the fee from every proposal through EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Paypal. This prevents spam and ensures genuine proposals. Once the fee is received and verified against your account information (Name, Email, Mobile No), the account will be activated and upgraded. Registration fee is only one-time and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
All fees paid to ShadiBIYA.com, whether for online services or personal matchmaking services, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases where a member is unsatisfied with the information, responsiveness, or availability of other members.
Accuracy of Information
ShadiBIYA.com does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of the information submitted by its users in their profiles. It is the responsibility of each user to perform due diligence before entering into any communication or agreement. We are not liable for any false, outdated, misleading, or incomplete information presented in any user profile.
Contact Numbers and Inactive Profiles
Users may change or deactivate their phone numbers without updating their ShadiBIYA.com profile. We do not guarantee the accuracy or functionality of contact details provided. Users may become inactive, married, or lose interest in the platform and fail to remove their profiles. ShadiBIYA.com is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such scenarios. ShadiBIYA.com has the right to remove inactive profiles from the database. Be sure to login at least once every 6 months to avoid permanent removal due to inactivity.
Use of Profile Information for Marketing
ShadiBIYA.com reserves the right to publish male profile pictures along with basic profile information on our social media platforms for marketing purposes. For female users, only blurred profile pictures or avatars will be used, ensuring privacy while promoting visibility. All shared profiles will link back to the full profile on ShadiBIYA.com.

Personal Service Disclaimer

Other Terms of Use by Members
You will not:
- Send Spam / Junk emails to other members.
- Harass, abuse or harm another member for any reason.
- Be rude, judgmental or pass personal comments to other members.
ShadiBIYA.com reserves the right to monitor the conduct of members and can cancel your membership at any time based on your behavior.
Member Disputes
ShadiBIYA.com is acting only as a facilitator and providing you a platform where you can connect with other members. You are solely responsible for your interactions. ShadiBIYA.com has no obligation to monitor disputes between members.

You understand and agree that:
- ShadiBIYA.com may delete any content, photos, messages or profiles that violate the Terms and conditions.
- ShadiBIYA.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
- You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on your profile at ShadiBIYA.com.
- By posting Content to any public area of ShadiBIYA.com, you automatically grant the right to the site and its members, an irreversible, worldwide license to use, copy and display and distribute this information and content.
